Day 1 Delhi Arrival

A warm welcome on arrival at Delhi Airport by our representative. Meet our driver & transferred to the hotel. Rest of the time at leisure.

Day 2 Delhi Cultural Tour

Today after breakfast take interesting inner city walk with young guide which is supported by a non-profit and non-governmental organization. Listen the many stories from him & explore the jewels of Delhi. The aim of tour is to help visitors to see the city in a new perspective & to support this incredible mission working to empower street children. Next we move to Gurudwara Bangla Sahib, belongs to Sikh religion. Visit the langar or kitchen serves food to thousands of devotees and local people every day. See the volunteer making rotis & help them serving the food. Proceed to Old Delhi & take rickshaw ride in narrow lanes of Chandni Chowk, 300-years old wholesale market. Disembark rickshaw at Jama Masjid said to be the largest mosque in India. Our last stop is Rajghat, memorial of Mahatma Gandhi.

  • Later drive past through Secretariat buildings, Parliament House, Rashtrapati Bhawan & India Gate. Overnight in Delhi.

Day 3 Delhi - Agra ( 210 kms / 4 hrs )

This morning after breakfast drive to Jaipur, capital of desert state ‘Rajasthan also known as Pink City. On arrival, check in at hotel.

  • After freshen up join a noble family in city & learn Rajasthani dishes followed by dinner at homely environment. Overnight in Jaipur.

Day 4 Jaipur

After breakfast in the morning you will be met by our guide for sightseeing of Jaipur. Starting with an excursion to Amber Fort, A perfect example of Mughal & Rajput architecture.

  • Visit 16th century step well famous as Panna Meena ka kund located in the foothills of mountains.
  • Have lunch at renowned restaurant & visit Royal Palace – residence of royal family of Jaipur, Jantar Mantar (A UNESCO World Heritage Site) is an astronomical observatory designed by Maharaja Jai Singh II & the Palace of Winds famous as Hawa Mahal, the landmark of Jaipur.
  • End up your with our specially designed heritage walk in old city, passing through the narrow streets, exploring flower & vegetable markets, local bazaars, wonderful havelis & the temples which are said to established before foundation of Jaipur. See the local artisans & experience the lifestyle of people in Pink City. Overnight stay in Jaipur.

Day 5 Jaipur - Agra ( 250 kms / 5 hrs )

Proceed to Agra in morning en-route visiting Abhaneri famous for ‘Chand Baori’ which is world’ largest step well.

  • On arrival in Agra, check in at hotel.

Day 6 Agra

Early morning set out for visit to Taj Mahal, probably the most famous building which needs little introduction. It was built by Shah Jahan for his beloved wife Mumtaz Mahal. Visit to Taj Mahal in early morning is something different because it is less crowded & the dancing sunlight gives a soothing experience

  • Post breakfast & other formalities. Later visit Agra Fort, a UNESCO World Heritage site built by Akbar. Also visit Itmad-ud-daullah tomb also famous as Baby Taj. Return to hotel for overnight stay.

Day 7 Agra - Jhansi ( Train ), Jhansi - Khajuraho ( 180 kms / 3 hrs )

Early morning board train to Jhansi form Agra Railway Station. Meet our colleague on arrival at Jhansi Railway Station & drive to Khajuraho.

  • Check in at hotel in Khajuraho.

Day 8 Khajuraho - Varanasi ( Flight )

Morning after breakfast check out from hotel & explore Western Group of Temples famous for Kandariya Mahadev Temple & its stone carved paintings on the walls.

  • Later board flight to Varanasi. Meet our representative on arrival & transfer to hotel

Day 9 Varanasi

This morning drive to Ardh Kumbh Mela in Allahabad. On arrival, check in at the camp.

  • Later visit the temple of Lord Krishna to see aarti ceremony followed by delicious dinner at camp. Overnight in Allahabad.

Day 10 Varanasi - Allahabad or Ardh Kumbha Mela

Early morning at sunrise again board the boat to sail down the river & see the locals, devotees and priests performing various rituals this is surely an extraordinary experience

  • After boat ride join private Yoga classes with master on the banks of River Ganga. Later take walking tour of Old city with your guide & visit Kashi Vishwanath temple & other famous temples. Hear the interesting stories from our guide on Hinduism & proceed to Sarnath, where Lord Buddha gave his first sermon. Visit the various monasteries & come back to Varanasi.

Day 11 Ardh Kumbh Mela

At the dawn join Yoga classes at your campsite with melodious chimes of morning aarti at temples.

After breakfast explore the sites of Kumbh Mela, walking through the various Akharas to see the saints & interact with them. See the Naga Sadhus & return to camp for lunch.

Day 12 Ardh Kumbh Mela

On the day of Shahi Snaan or Royal Bath it is spectacular to see the procession of Akharas. Saints proceed to Sangam in groups on decorated elephants, camels & horses to take holy dip in the water. Akhara Procession is the best & most unique thing to see in Kumbh.

Day 13 Ardh Kumbh Mela

This morning cruise on the sacred waters of River Ganga & observe Kumbh Mela from Holy Sangam (confluence of three rivers).

Day 14 Ardh kumbh Mela - Varanasi ( 120 kms / 3 hrs ), Varanasi - Delhi ( Flight )

Drive to Varanasi Airport in the morning & board flight to Delhi. From Delhi Airport you can board your onward flight back to home
